What, you want an UPDATE? alrighty then, seeing I turned 22 yesterday..

Uni work's going as well as can be expected; It's tricky doing my dissertation as the vast majority of the stuff on Internet virus is internet-based; which means getting red-
eyed in front of a computer screen. Well, at least I've got a REASON to do that now.

Brock Lesnar became the 13th* wrestler to win the WWE's Royal Rumble on Sunday Night, eliminating 4 people (the last of which was the returning Undertaker.) In the UKFF's RR Sweepstakes I got a disappointing 45pts (Edge= 15pts from 3 eliminations, Brock = 20 from 4 and a bonus 10 for winning.) This win for Lesnar culminate's the greatest EVER rookie year for a pro-grappler; within 11 months Brock has done a 'treble' of winning the Rumble, the King Of The Ring (last June) and the WWE Championship (Last August).
From the same show, Brock earlier defeated arch-nemesis The Big Show to merely enter the rumble; The Dudley Boyz captured the 'World' tag titles from William Regal & Lance Storm, Torrie Wilson bested her now-former-stepmother Dawn Marie Wilson in a stinker, Scott Steiner beat World Champion HHH by Disqualification in an absolute s***-fest (Steiner, who is close to -if not north of- 40, was exhausted after just 7 minutes. Sad because just 10-12 years ago he was one of the greatest all-rounders in our-so-called-sport); And current WWE Champion Kurt Angle made Chris Benoit submit in a BRILLIANT match. They're the two premier wrestlers in the game today. Yeah, I said WRESTLERS, not sports-entertainers. Bite me, Vince.

Since I last wrote here, I won the UKFFF World Heavyweight Championship from Tempera, and have already had 1 successful title defense. Boo-ya. Next up is Make Or Break. I don't know who I'm facing, but it ought to be good.

Today, I'm travelling to see Bristol City take on Bournemouth in the LDV Vans Southern Semi-finals. City's brilliant 19-game loss-free run came to a CRASH with 3 losses and a draw so far this year. And very little in the way of goals, too- 'Toothless Aggression' Scott Murray's going thru a draught, and our new Brummie loan Craig Fagan hasn't hit net yet (be fair, he's only started once.)

Well, see y'all later!

*TRVIA- the other Royal Rumble winners are Jim Duggan (1988), the late 'Big' John Studd (1989), Hulk Hogan (1990 & 1991), Ric Flair (1992), the late Yokozuna (1993), Bret Hart & Lex Luger (who co-won in 1994), Shawn Michaels (1995 & 1996), Steve Austin (1997, 1998 & 2001), Vince McMahon (1999), The Rock (2000) and HHH (2002).
